1 Why a Charter for the protection of your personal data ?


The ‘Vecturis’ website is owned by Vecturis SA.

We attach importance to respecting the personal data of our online users (hereinafter ‘you’), treating it with the utmost care and ensuring the highest level of protection in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter ‘GDPR’) and the applicable national law on this matter.

We are the owners of the ‘Vecturis.com’ site (https://www.vecturis.com/) and the URLs that link to it.

3 Why do we collect your personal data and on what basis?

We collect personal data about you for various reasons.

Please note that we can only collect and use your personal data if this use is based on one of the legal grounds determined by the GDPR (for example, compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject or performance of a contract entered into with You).

With service providers, sub-contractors or other third parties

In order to pursue the purposes listed below in points 2 and 3, we entrust certain processing tasks to third parties, in this case:

  • Providers of statistical tools: Google Analytics.

With public authorities

In response to legal requests, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements (e.g. ONSS, tax authorities, etc.).

As part of a transaction


Sharing may take place in the context of specific transactions (for example: mergers, acquisitions, consolidations or sales of assets), where we may be required to share your personal data with the buyers or sellers.

We do not pass on your information to any other organisation or company.

We do not have partnerships or special relationships with internet advertising agencies.

Below is a list of the purposes and the retention periods:

Purpose 1: Production of website traffic statistics. Data is kept for 2 years.

9.2 The right of rectification

You may ask us to correct and/or update your personal data.

9.3 The right to erasure

You may also contact us at any time to ask us to delete the personal data that we process about you, if you find yourself in one of the following situations:

  • Your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
  • You have withdrawn your consent on which the processing of your personal data is based;
  • For a reason of your own, you consider that one of the processing operations in question infringes your privacy and causes you undue harm;
  • You no longer wish to receive commercial solicitations from us;
  • Your personal data is not processed in accordance with the GDPR and Belgian law;
  • Your personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation under European Union law or under the national law to which the data controller is subject.
